WORK FLOW
The Management has decided to start full-fledged laid down operational from day one.
CUTTING SECTION
Fabric Color Continuity card. Check for Hole and defects (These are duel recorded). Numbering of panels and bundled per batch and roll.
STITCHING UNIT
Use of Ball point needles and needle control policy
-Checking, of cut pieces
-Bin Boxers Showing Type of defects
-Each Line is supervised by Qualified Quality Controller
FINISHING SECTION
Garments are Again Measured against the specification if garments are within tolerance level they are pressed on packed cartooned and waits for final inspection.
